Can I get travel insurance with Vayama?
Yes, you’ll be able to purchase insurance on every booking you make, courtesy of AIG, that’ll cover you against medical and luggage issues as well as cancellation and interruptions. Terms apply, see here for details.
What service packages can I get with Vayama?
When you make a booking, you’ll have the option of a Basic or Premium service package. The Basic package is free, though you’ll pay €50 for changing or cancelling your flight. The Premium package costs €8.99 per booking, and lets you change or cancel your flight at no extra charge, gets you a discount on administration fees and you will receive free SMS in the event of a delay.
