Your documents will be emailed to you as soon as you’ve paid for your policy, and you can also access all of your documentation via your online account pages too.
You may cancel your insurance within 14 days of arranging cover or, within 14 days of receiving your policy documentation. This is known as the cooling-off period. You will be entitled to a full refund of the premium paid as long as you have not used a hire car or made a claim.
