You can return your Nasty Gal purchase within 14 days of receipt to receive an exchange or refund. Item must be in original conditions and packaging, with tags still intact. Pierced jewellery is non-refundable, swimwear and lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear, with seal still intact.
To return your item, you must generate a returns label, repack your item in original packaging and attach the Parcel Connect label covering the original delivery label. Take your item to your local Parcel Connect store.
