Is loss cover available at Gadget Insurance for any devices?
While it cannot be offered for all gadget types, Gadget Insurance give you the chance to add loss cover as an extra on any mobile phone, smart watch or tablet that you’re looking to insure. Take note that loss cover cannot take effect within the 14 days after you request it, so be sure to book ahead of time.
Should any event happen that results in the damage or loss of your device, be sure to make a claim within 48 hours to ensure your cover remains valid, while mobile phone incidents should be reported within 24 hours.
If you have second thoughts about your cover, you’ll be glad to know that you can cancel your insurance without reason within 14 days of either your policy starting or from when you receive your insurance documents.
