Taking the very best of Thailand’s dishes and expertise, and introducing them to the public, Diep’s unique dishes and trained chefs have won them plaudits across the country. After the enormous success of Diep’s original restaurant on Pembroke Lane, Dublin, Diep expanded in a move to bring restaurant quality Thai cuisine into people’s homes. Now with ten branches in important areas, Diep can take any order and deliver the best of its food directly to the customer in the shortest amount of time possible, helped by its well trained and streamlined delivery service. Diep now employs over 140 members of staff including 40 highly trained and experienced chefs dedicated to providing absolute quality and a fine attention to detail. Diep is a family run business that strives to maintain its high standards in all parts of the business. Every cow, duck or pig is comes from Ireland and the family takes great efforts to ensure that everything is sourced from as close as possible.
